The Drinks

1. Coffee and Tea – The thing that you need to worry about with regards to these drinks is not the sugar content. This is why you should still stay away from them even if you are planning to prepare them without any form of sweeteners. The thing that makes them bad for your goal to remove cellulite is the fact that they can affect your lymphatic system in such a way that your body won’t be able to get rid of those excess fats by itself. No matter what you do with coffee and tea, they will always cause this type of effect.

2. Alcohol – It doesn’t even matter if the alcohol is fat free or not. All types of alcohol carry free radicals which can produce more fat deposits behind your thighs. These free radicals also fight off the effects of certain exercise routines which makes them totally useless.

The Ingredients

1. Cooking Oil – Choose roasted meals over fried ones. Roasted meals use less much less oil than fried meals. If you are persistent about using cooking oil on your meals, the best thing that you can do is to read the label. Make sure that the brand that you are going to use has fewer calories than other brands.

2. Butter – Some people think that butter has fewer calories than cooking oil. What they don’t realize is that it all depends on the brand. Make sure that butter has zero fat. You also need to check the nutritional content at the back.

3. Salt – If your food already has salt, don’t even think of adding more. You may also want to use herbs and other spices in order to add more flavors to your food instead of using salt. Salt promotes water retention which can inhibit the elimination of excess fat deposits in the body. Too much salt can also lead to other medical conditions.

1. Smoked Foods – Don’t be fooled. Smoked foods are different from roasted foods. They contain more calories and they won’t really help you remove cellulite. When it comes to greasy foods, they are right up there at the list together with fried foods. This is why in parties and other social gatherings, you might want to stay away from these types of foods.

2. Cream – This category includes whipped creams and all purpose creams. These creams contain variety of ingredients and preservatives which can only increase the amount of fat that you have in your body. They also contain high amount of salt together with catsup.

3. Malts and Shakes – Some cereals and breads nowadays have malt. Manufacturers say it helps add more flavor to the food. What they don’t tell you is that malt aids the production of fat deposits. Shakes, especially fruit shakes, also contain high amounts of sugar. This is why it is best to prepare fruit shakes yourself in order to make sure that it is sugar-free.
