Men Skin care Tips - Feel younger

 
For most of the men, skin care is a just a afterthought. Beyond the shaving face, it is rare for a man to devote time to his face skin. However, proper skin care is very essential. Skin defense against sickness, germs, and diseases.

Everyone wants to look and feel younger. Because of aging, our skin loses its elastic nature. Therefore, we develop wrinkles and facial lines. To stop developing wrinkes and other aging signs, proper skin care is important.



Men should realize that proper skin care need not take copious amounts of time. A few minutes a day is necessary for skin health.

After every 2 -3 days, wash your face with lukewarm water and a deep cleanser. Use a slightly wet wash cloth, and gently work in the cleanser in a circular motion. Your pores will be cleaned out and your skin will feel better than before.
Always pat your face dry with a clean towel. Apply a moisturizing lotion.

To prevent skin tanning, apply sunscreen when you plan to go outdoors especially under the sunlight. Always choose a sunscreen that has moisturizers in it.
After being in the sun, apply a facial moisturizer that contains vitamin E. You can apply this any time whenever your face feels dry.

Shaving is necessary part of the men daily life. If you use a blade, dip it into hot water for some time before applying shaving cream. Wait for a minute after applying the saving cream. Use a twin blade sharp razor. Take your time. Rinse with cold water, not hot.

Applying after shave cream works better.

Man’s younger look and attractiveness are judged mostly with the skin tone and evenness of their complexion. Try these skin care tips to get a youthful skin look:

Avoid Sun Light

If you are going to be in the sun, apply sunscreen on you face. Over-exposure to the sun can cause wrinkles and aging signs.

Moisturize your skin

Using moisturizer is important for a skin to look younger. Apply every time after washing your face to avoid dryness in the skin. Dryness exaggerates signs of aging in the face and the body. Moisturizer will definitely help in reducing.

Drink water

Drink plenty of water every day. It is the easiest and best way to improve skin health. It give skin better tone and a more youthful look.
The majority of your body's cells are made of water, and it only way to keep hydrated. Increase your intake of water if you are a drinker of beverages such as coffee, soda and alcohol to avoid dehydrating.
Consuming adequate fluid intake is important for a glowing and clean skin.

Sleep well

Getting appropriate sleep is very important for the health of your skin. Lack of sleep can result in bags under your eyes and other health problems. So, sleep well to get a healthy and youthful skin appearance.

Avoid smoking

Smoking create wrinkles and lines around your eyes and other part of face, It make your skin dull and you start looking old. It also cause many health problems that boost the aging.



Eat healthy

Eating appropriate amounts of a healthy diet — chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables with a good amount of carbs will keep you healthy and young.
Eating a balanced diet and physical activities are a part of the skin care. Eat more fruits and vegetables, which contain many anti-oxidants that can reverse skin damage. You can take multi-vitamin rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin E in the absence of good diet.
Try to Avoid greasy and fried food. Use olive oil in place of butter in your cooking. It is healthier and, will allow your skin to retain its elasticity longer.

Aftershave skin care

Using aftershave lotion is important for skin care for men. Avoid alcohol-based aftershave lotions, it may close the pores on your face skin. Choose the aftershave lotion which suit your skin type. A moisturizer-based or an antiseptic aftershave lotion make your skin smooth after shaving. Be careful and read the contents and ingredients carefully before purchasing an aftershave.

Exercise regularly

Exercise will help you to maintain your skin tone and your flexibility in your body. Aerobic exercises are very good for your health and skin. Men who are physical fit and trim look more younger.
Exercise is an excellent tonic for skin health. It will clear your pores, increase your metabolism, and make you feel better about yourself. Sweating cleanse your inner body.
