TOSSED SALAD
This is the best recepie to make Immune System strong:

Ingredients

1 head lettuce
½ cup, chopped celery
2, quartered, tomatoes
1/3 cup, grated carrot
3 tsp, chopped shallots
For dressing:
½ tsp salt
A pinch fresh ground pepper
½ tsp dry mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 clove garlic
 
 
 
 
 
Method of Preparation

- Combine salt, pepper, mustard, oil, vinegar and crushed garlic in a screw topped jar and shake well to lend the flavours.
- Wash and drain lettuce and chill well before using. Combine all the vegetables in a serving dish.
- Remove the crushed garlic clove from the dressing and pour the dressing over the salad.
- Toss well together and serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
